• Protecting a family’s right to use a shared driveway. Rob represented two Minnesota families in court to protect their right to use a private driveway across their neighbor’s property.  The trial court ruled that Rob’s clients had a valid easement, and the Minnesota Court of Appeals agreed.
• Negotiating for easement rights in order to avoid a court battle. Rob successfully negotiated with neighboring property owners in order to protect a Minnesota family’s right to use a driveway over their neighbor’s property.
